Contact Us

One address reaches us: [email protected]. It goes to the people who build and check these pages, so a note about a wrong fare or a station that has been renamed gets acted on rather than filed.

How to reach us

Email is the only channel we run. There is no phone line, no contact form that disappears into a ticketing system and no live chat, because a small editorial team cannot staff any of those honestly. Most messages get a reply within a few working days, and corrections are usually dealt with faster than that.

Write in English or Arabic. If your message is about a specific page, paste the address of it, because the site carries more than fifty pages and several of them quote the same figure.

Report a wrong number

Corrections are the messages we most want. Fares get revised, stations get renamed, RTA reissues the timetable, and a page that was right in August can be wrong by November. If a figure here does not match what you saw, tell us.

Four things make a correction quick to act on: the page you were reading, the figure it showed, the figure you believe is right, and where you saw it. A gate display, a ticket office receipt, a screenshot of the RTA app or a link to an RTA page all count as evidence. We check it against the source we hold, and if the source has changed the page changes.

Every figure on this site is stored with the RTA page or PDF it came from and the date we fetched it, which is what makes a correction a five minute job rather than an argument. The editorial policy sets out how sourcing and corrections work.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent guide and have no relationship with the Roads and Transport Authority. That means we cannot see your card, read your balance, top it up, block it, refund it or tell you why a gate rejected it. No third party site can do those things, whatever it promises: the balance check runs on rta.ae behind a robot check that RTA verifies on its own server.

For a lost or blocked card, a refund or a dispute over a fare, contact RTA directly through rta.ae or the NOL Pay app, or call 800 9090. Those are the only routes that reach your account. The disclaimer explains where our figures stop and RTA's authority begins.

Business and advertising enquiries

The same address takes advertising, licensing and press enquiries. Put the word advertising in the subject line so it does not sit behind the corrections queue.

The site is funded by display advertising: Google AdSense in automatic placements and one Adsterra unit per page. Advertisers have no say in what the pages say, no advance sight of them, and no ability to have a figure changed. If that ever stops being true, this paragraph goes.

What happens to your message

Your email sits in a mailbox and is used to answer you. It is not added to a mailing list, because we do not run one, and it is not sold or passed to advertisers. The site has no user accounts and no comment section, so there is nothing else attached to your address.

If your message includes a NOL tag ID, we will not store it and cannot look it up. The privacy policy covers what the site itself keeps, which is very little.
